Our winder cushions are designed to fit 95% of watch sizes. If you find your watch too small to fit, you could try leaving the clasp open. If you find your watch too large to fit comfortably, use fabric/foam inserts to pad the back of the watch.

A watch winder is a device with an electrical motor that will automatically wind your watch when you are not wearing it. Automatic watches have a limited power reserve, so if you stop wearing them and winding them up, they will run down in two or three days. The reserve depends on the watch brand and on the movement (calibre) used. When your timepiece stops, you must reset the time and wind up your watch. If it has additional functions (like date, moon-phase display, perpetual calendar), resetting them may take a lot of time and require certain skills. With an automatic watch winder, you can keep your timepiece wound and ready to wear!

Please note: If your watch doesn't wind itself from wrist motion, it cannot be wound by an automatic watch winder. Watch winders are not compatible with Seiko Kinetic Watches because their watch mechanism is different from the traditional one.

A closer look

Auto-stop on door open

Open the door and rotation pauses automatically — lift a watch straight off its cushion, never off a moving rotor.

Programmable turns per day

9 turns-per-day programs (9 settings: 360, 670, 860, 960, 1080, 1200, 1440, 1800, 2180 + Custom) — bi-directional, clockwise, counter-clockwise. Match your movement’s spec once and forget it.

Multi Colour LED Light

A multi colour led glow washes the display chamber — your watches sit lit behind glass like a display case.

Whisper-quiet operation

The Mabuchi motor here is the quiet benchmark, meaning it’s perfect for the bedside table.

Lockable cabinet

A key lock secures the display door — dust stays out, curious hands stay off.

Fits every watch

Flexible cushions fit everything from slim dress watches to large sports models — faces up to 70.0 mm.

High-quality Japanese motor

Premium Japanese Mabuchi — rated for years of continuous, gentle duty.

2-year warranty

Covered for two years, with support from our Sydney team whenever you need it.

Good to know

Engineered for automatics

It can't overwind your watch

Our watch winders rest much more than they spin, in order to mimic a watch being worn on a wrist — and modern automatic movements disengage their winding mechanism once fully wound — a winder simply keeps the mainspring topped up the way daily wear would.

Not sure which setting?

Use the watch-match tool above — pick your brand and model and we'll show the recommended direction and turns per day from our database of thousands of watches. Then dial it in per rotor and check the power reserve after 48 hours.

Plug in and forget it

Run it on the included AC adapter — that's the way we recommend — and every program fires on schedule for years. Where a battery option is fitted, it's there for travel or shelves without a socket.
